Regarding the pump, it does sound like you received a faulty pump. These pumps should work smoothly, so pumping several times for a small amount of product sounds like it's malfunctioning. Normally we would offer a replacement to fix this issue for you, but since this product wasn't a perfect match, please respond so we can chat and make this right a different way.
