Are your products considered clean beauty?
Everyone's definition of "clean beauty" can be different. Our products are free from parabens, sulfates, pthalates, and known endocrine disruptors. We have not met a clean beauty ingredient list that we don't pass the test on yet!
What is the life span of Lilac + Flint products?
We recommend using your products within one year of purchase. The shelf life of our products is two years, though some of this time will be spent on retail shelves, or in transit, so we prefer clients use them in one year to guarantee freshness.

What is your shipping policy?
We offer free shipping on any product purchase over $150.

When will my order ship?
Our fulfillment warehouse is open Mon - Fri and will pack your box within 3 business days (though oftentimes, it's much faster than that.)
We then hand it off to your shipping carrier of choice. Once your shipping carrier has the package, we are unfortunately not able to provide further information. The best way to track your order is using the tracking info provided to you or by contacting your shipping carrier. If you are eligible for free shipping, we will ship your order via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground.
We always recommend ordering 7 - 10 days in advance, just in case of shipping carrier issues, inclement weather events, etc.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to some other countries. If you are able to load our site, add to cart, and checkout, we are approved in your country. This is determined and managed by Shopify, and can change without notice, as international laws can change.
Generally, if you can see the site from where you are, we are approved for your location. Additionally, some countries have restricted areas and allowable areas (for example, we are approved for sale in Canada, but not in areas that require labels to be in French.)
