Regarding the pump, it does sound like you received a faulty pump. These pumps should work smoothly, so pumping several times for a small amount of product sounds like it's malfunctioning. Normally we would offer a replacement to fix this issue for you, but since this product wasn't a perfect match, please respond so we can chat and make this right a different way.

Hi Kat! Thank you so much for your honest review. We appreciate you giving this product a try! We agree that this product could be a mismatch for oily skin, as it has a dewy finish that dry to normal skin clients usually love, but might feel heavy for your skin! The physical screens with zinc and titanium dioxide are usually best for oily skin, but you will definitely find they leave a white cast. Good luck in your search for an SPF, and we hope that you'll still consider giving some of our other products a try!
