Shipping

We offer free shipping on any product purchase over $150.

Orders ship out from our California-based warehouse within 1 -2 business days after they are placed, not including weekends and holidays. Shipping times vary by shipping carrier. If you have questions or concerns about your shipment once it has left our facility, you can contact USPS here and UPS here for further questions about shipping times and lost shipments. 

Transit Times

Transit times on our site are determined by shipping carriers (USPS or UPS), and are not guaranteed by lilac + flint. We cannot guarantee receipt of your order within the stated number of days provided by the shipping company. Once your package is transferred from our warehouse to the shipping carrier, we have no control over the shipping speed. We always recommend order 7 - 10 days in advance, just in case of shipping carrier issues, inclement weather events, etc. If you need an order urgently, it is always best to pay for expedited shipping instead of the regular ground shipping fees.

Returns

We currently do not offer returns on our products. If your item is damaged in shipping, please contact the shipping carrier responsible for your shipment to start the claim process.
